MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION
Membership
entitles you to participate in all NCRA track car excursions on the
Northern Central Railway (NC) throughout the membership period (1
February through 31 January) without any additional charge.
Membership also entitles you to vote at our regular monthly
meetings. You MUST be a member, or qualified spouse of a member to
operate a track car or hyrail vehicle in any excursion on the NCR.
Membership
in the NCRA IS NOT NECESSARY to participate in any other track
car meets coordinated by the NCRA. You will receive ride offerings
on these other NCRA excursions regardless of your membership status.
PLEASE
NOTE: Although there will be several scheduled and advertised
events on the Northern Central Railroad, most runs are set up a week or
less in advance and are not advertised. The NCRA has permission to
ride the NCR on any two weekends in each month. If you are
interested in riding on a given date, contact the President or Secretary
a week in advance to determine if other members are planning to
run. Many times, a run can be set up with short notice depending
on track usage. Membership in the NCRA is required before setting on at
any NC excursion. All release forms are also required to be signed
before setting on. NO EXCEPTIONS!
